Get the Training You Need Without Financial Roadblocks
SAGE CDL training programs offer a comprehensive curriculum that provides students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to become Class A entry-level, over-the-road truck drivers or Class B straight truck drivers. Based on the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) standards, SAGE’s truck driver training programs help prepare students to pass the CDL test and qualify for driver jobs in the trucking industry.
Class A CDL Training Financing Options
Institutional Retail Installment Contracts
For added convenience, SAGE offers in-house financing through Institutional Retail Installment Contracts. These school-based financing agreements provide an alternative to traditional loans and are managed directly at the training location. Availability varies by campus.
Private Student Loans
Students may explore private student loan options through banks, credit unions, or online lenders to help finance their training. These non-federal loans are typically credit-based and may come with flexible repayment terms depending on the lender. SAGE does not endorse or partner with any specific lender, but students are encouraged to research and choose the option that best fits their financial situation.

Howes Scholarship
Howes is pleased to offer $1,000 scholarships towards the tuition costs of attending select SAGE Truck Driving Schools. Howes is America’s leading provider of diesel engine fuel additives, supporting America’s truckers nationwide. Howes wants to help put truckers to work and has teamed with SAGE to help “Truckers of Tomorrow!”
To be considered for the scholarship, please complete the form and submit it online to SAGE. Howes scholarships will be presented monthly to eligible and qualified candidates. Standard SAGE admissions criteria apply in addition to any scholarship criteria.
